Dear Baseball Parents:

 

This letter is to inform you about our 2010 “Night at the Races”.  It will be on Friday, April 23rd from 7:00 to 11:00 at the Knights of Columbus (998 Easton Road) in Warrington.  We need all families to participate in order for this event to be successful and raise funds for the baseball program.

We ask each family to:

1)      Sell FOUR horses ($10 each) and FOUR tickets ($30 each).  click on the link for the

      horse forM.  WE NEED THIS FORM RETURNED BY FRIDAY, APRIL 16th.

      TICKETS CAN BE OBTAINED BY CONTACTING A PERSON LISTED BELOW. 

2)      Give a donation for the basket of cheer.

3)      Donate a door prize or solicit a gift certificate or merchandise from local merchants (see attached patron letter). 

 

All donations obtained can be given to a coach or parent listed below.  We need parents to volunteer to work the horse races.

In order for the fundraiser to be successful, we need everyone's help.  Please sell your horses and tickets. Parents come out and enjoy yourself!
